Is this real/legit?

This is the most recurrent question we receive.  The answer is “YES”, we run an honest and legitimate business and have been shipping this wonderful Bourbon Whiskey for over six years now. Our objective is to provide our customers with amazing products and wonderful customer service so they will come back for more, because only a satisfied customer will come back and they’ll be our ambassadors and recommend us to their friends .  We’re your solid connection!

How do i make payments?

we would’ve loved to provide more payment options due to the multiple request we receive from our customers but for the moment we take payments only through bitcoin , USDT , debit/credit card payments. We’ll progressively add other payment methods.

Can you get a specific Whiskey / other products for me?

We try our best to get the widest range of products available but we’re limited to what we come across on the market. We do not take product requests so please don’t overburden our already heavy daily email load with this kind of request. Thanks!

What is your return/refund policy?

100% money back guaranteed. A 5 $ restocking fee will be applicable for any cancellation of order. However when you’ll see the product you’ll not want to return it anyways. If your package doesn’t arrives when its supposed to or if in case you received the wrong package, Please do get to us at info@bourbonglock.com so we track your package, find out the problem and resolve this as soon as possible. If the package was delivered, we will give you the delivery confirmation code so you can see for yourself it was delivered, but 100% refund guarantee for customer our customers. It could be it was intercepted by a family member or roommate and we have no control over that. Also if it was not delivered due to you giving an incorrect address we will not reship. Please double check and be sure to add apartment numbers etc.

Where are you located and do you ship internationally?

Our stores are located in Frankfort Kentucky, USA and it’s from there we ship all your packages. We ship all states and we equally do ship internationally . It is solely the responsibility of the customer to check if their state or country allow shipment of alcoholic products as we will bare no liability for that.

How do you ship?

We ship with USPS, UPS FedEx, and DHL. You will NEVER have to sign for a package from us. Yes we deliver to PO boxes. We do generally provide tracking information which you will use to monitor the progress on your shipment and know exactly what time you’ll be receiving your package.

What’s your shipping policy?

  • You must be at least 21 years of age to place an order.
  • The customer is solely responsible the shipment of alcohol abides to their states or country laws.
  • All orders placed from Monday to Friday will be shipped out the same day. It may take longer during holiday or feast periods.
  • All orders placed from Friday after working hours till Sunday will be shipped out on Monday the coming week.
  • No shipments are delivered on Saturday and Sunday.
  • The amount of time needed for the delivery to be completed will vary depending on your location.
  • We ship all packages from California.
